Unlike traditional steam boilers that consume significant energy to heat and maintain water at high pressure, CureTec’s CureSteam NDG systems deliver steam within seconds, ensuring faster startup, lower energy use, and precise temperature control.
Each NDG unit is a direct-fired, open system designed for maximum performance. The process water is fed directly into the combustion chamber and instantly converted into steam. Before this step, the same water is used to cool and preheat combustion components, further increasing system efficiency and energy recovery.
Every CureSteam generator is fully hot-tested and quality-checked before delivery to guarantee durability, safety, and consistent performance.
